Celebrating 60 years of partnership at the BAU Munich trade fair
The wait is finally over: once again, Reynaers Aluminium will be present at the BAU Munich trade fair! From 13 January until 17 January 2025, we welcome our partners to celebrate the company’s 60th birthday and to discover our latest product solutions. “Our partners are our champions as we grow Together for better.”
BAU Munich is the leading trade event for building professionals all over the world. Every two years, companies and partners come together to discuss industry trends, to present the latest innovations, and to share ideas to improve living conditions for all. In 2025, over 2,230 exhibitors from 58 different countries welcomed about 180,000 visitors. What better place for Reynaers Aluminium to celebrate its 60th anniversary and to showcase its futureproof solutions?
Your partner for life
At BAU 2025, Reynaers Aluminium and Swiss steel specialist Forster shared an impressive booth of nearly 400 square metres. Both brands presented their most innovative products, customer-centred services, and their collective sustainable commitments for a better future. At the shared hospitality zone, visitors could catch up with partners and friends, accompanied by some delicious snacks and refreshing drinks.

Product solutions that build the future
For Reynaers Aluminium, BAU 2025 has been the ideal opportunity to share some of our latest developments for the very first time. With the new SlimLine 38 High Insulation + series, we take slim aesthetics to the next level. This elegant and futureproof system sports the same minimalistic look and feel as standard SlimLine 38 windows and doors, but thanks to its increased system depth, it can achieve passive thermal insulation levels. Moreover, SlimLine 38-HI+ comes in all the design variants and opening types we offer in the SlimLine 38 series. It is our most slender and complete solution yet!
Next, we believe building resilience and safety are key features of futureproof buildings. That is why our BAU Munich stand featured multiple safety solutions. The self-closing MasterLine 8 Fireproof window, the MasterLine 8-FP double door, as well as the new FlameLine entrance door are only a few examples of how we help create safer homes, offices, and public buildings for everybody.
The façade systems we presented at BAU help professionals face the building challenges of today and tomorrow. ElementFaçade 7 offers a fast to produce and easy to install unitised façade solution, ideal for high-rise buildings. SlimWall 35 combines slender aesthetics and Passive House certified performance, for which it recently earned two Archiproducts Design Awards, including a coveted Sustainability award.
Finally, by challenging the status quo, true innovation comes to life. At BAU, we presented a few ongoing development projects that answer to current building needs. The HiFinity Magnetic Slider offers a new remarkable way of opening your home to the world. Thanks to its magnetic rail technology, you can slide even the heaviest moving vents aside with little to no friction. Also, the motorised MasterPatio Vertical Slider, first presented at BAU 2023, will now become a standard opening variant in our product range, transforming living spaces in high-rise buildings into "indoor" balconies with a push of a button.
