BMW Artville was a temporary art experience on the beach of Knokke-Heist, Belgium. This wood and glass construction constisted out of 2 pavilions and a beach terrace. Artist Jan Fabre showcased 15 of his most famous art work. Besides this BMW presented 2 of their BMW Art Cars to the public. One of the cars was painted by Andy Warhol in 1979 and the other was by the hand of American sculptor Alexander Calder.
